| Roads | ||||
| The hierarchy of roads within the Residential Site covers an area of over 3 hectares and consists of (a) the 20-meter wide main entry road, (b) the 15-meter wide Cadaanan Drive serving as the main thoroughfare that segues into (c) the 10-meter wide cul-de-sacs leading into the residential clusters. Further, the roads shall have pedestrian pathways and bicycle lanes, and shall be carefully landscaped to exude the lush tropical setting of the Park. | ||||
