| Electricity will be sourced initially via the Park's interconnection with TARELCO, the local electric cooperative currently servicing the Municipality of Nampicuan. As electricity consumption at the Park reaches a critical mass, the Park shall undertake to pool the electricity consumption of the locators within the Park to enhance the purchasing power of the individual locator in the context of the deregulating electricity market and complement the interconnection with TARELCO with an additional interconnection at a higher voltage with TRANSCO, the National Transmission Corporation. Further, a modular (i.e., scalable) back-up power generation system shall be installed at the Park for power sensitive IT enterprises requiring redundant and reliable electricity supply.
