| Drainage System | |||
| The Park, which manifests an elevated water table, will be raised such that the final grade will be about one meter above the water table. In the case of the Main Site, the storm water runoff will drain into the retention ponds at the River Park. In the case of the Residential Site, the storm water runoff will drain into the existing canal at the southwest boundary of the Residential Site. This drainage system will ensure a flood-free environment at the Park. | |||
