This site includes reports on a variety of elementary-school topics.  The site's strongest feature is its listing of cyber resources that other students have found useful.  Librarians at the University of Wisconsin evaluate all recommendations.
ENCYCLOPEDIA BRITANNICA at www.britannica.com
Though not a homework site per se, this rich soruce offers well-researched articles on current events, recommended books on your topic, a news feed, and, of course the impeccable scholarship of Encyclopedia Britannica.

Here, students from kindergarten through high school can scan questions to see if their own question already has been answered, or they can ask Dr. Math, which is actually a group of college math whizzes.
