- Acceptable food substitutions
- Liquor- what kind and how much (see Liquor for reference)
- Rental inclusion- tablecloths, linens, dishes, tables,
etc.
- The name of the person overseeing the catering the day
of the wedding
- Proof of license and liability insurance
- Approximate number of guests
- Cost per head, per level (adult, child, vendor)
- Extra fees: sales tax, gratuities, bar and corkage fee,
rentals, delivery, cake-cutting fee, kitchen)
- Total estimated cost of the service
- Deposit amount
- Balance amount and date due
- Cancellation and refund policy
- Caterer's signature
