| Lawrence Everett was born and reared in Athens County Ohio. He graduated from Athens High School in 1983 and attended Hocking Collage in 2001. He enjoys woodcarving, knife making and painting (including the cover of his book) He is an avid outdoorsman, participating in hunting and fishing. He continues to make Athens his home with his wife Vikki.
