| One of the Ghostmaster's favorite things in October is the food. I have dubbed the name "Goodie Goblin" by my family and friends due to my love for the baked goods and the foods prepared around All Hallow's Eve. I would like to share with you a few of the Ghostmaster Greats |

| GHOSTMASTER-7'S GOODIES |
| SHERRIED PUMPKIN SOUP WITH CANDIED APPLE ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This delicious soup serves six (or 10 full sized Goodie Goblin specials) hehehehehehe 1/4 cup diced onions 1/4 cup diced carrots 1/4 cup diced leeks 1/4 cup diced celery 1/4 cup minced garlic 2tbs clarified butter (melted with solids skimmed off top) 1 cup sherry 4 cups pumpkin, roasted and peeled 1/4 cup rice 4 cups chicken stock 1/2 cup cream salt and pepper to taste pumpkin seeds roasted and husked 1 granny smith apple 2tbs unrefined sugar (substitute brown if unable to find) Saut'e all vegetables in clarified butter until tender Add one cup sherry and simmer until reduced by half Add chicken stock, rice, pumpkin, salt and pepper Cook until rice is completely overcooked Blend or process, run through sieve Add cream and then re-heat Saut'e julienned apples in butter and sugar until carmalized Garnish soup with pumpkin seeds and carmalized apples |

| Rock and Roll Pumpkin Seeds ----------------------------------------- 1-2 cups pumpkin seeds 2-3tsp vegetable oil salt In a bowl, add cooking oil to coat seeds, if you use soy sauce, add that. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool. Add salt to taste |
