Very clear weather, no fog, no wind, or cloud cover
Investigation
Called to investigate this house. Complaints included noises throughout the day, feeling of being watched, electrical problems, cold spots in house. After full investigation we concluded that this house was not paranormal and instructed the owners to keep a journal of anything else that may happen and call if needed.
Problems Noted included.. The garage was added on the house in 2001 and when you slam the garage door or the front door the lights in the garage and dining room both would flicker.
No cold spots were noted except the garage. it is possible that a Heat/AC Vent that was positioned under the workbench (could not see it) would blow causing this feeling. Cannot explain the feelings of being watched and the sounds could possibly be neighbors who live very closeby or a tree on the back cement patio near the garage door that can easily hit the siding if the wind is blowing.
This baseketball hoop was broken at the frame and was actually tapping the outside siding when we were there. It wasn't even a very windy evening..
