Uploading Files with WS_FTP_LE
Using WS_FTP
In the Sessions Properties window
- Click NEW
- enter Profile = GeoCities
- HostName Address = ftp.geocities.com
- HostType = select AutoDetect
- UserID = your GeoUsername
- Password = your GeoPassword
- place a mark in the SAVE PWD box
- Click APPLY button
- Click OK to begin connection
- In the window on the LEFT, browse to the folder where your files for transfer are located and "highlight" them.
- Click the "arrow" button between the windows in the direction you wish to transfer the file.
Personally, I recommend using the WS_FTP_LE ver. 5.08 program which can be obtained FREE at this location.
