New site, what gives?
Well, apparently when geocities merged yahoo!,
all geocities domains were "cleaned out." The old GCP site was one of
those that got the axe. So all our online stuff was canned. It's all
for the better though, the site hadn't seen an update for over a year, and it
really had lost it's focus. So here begins the second saga.
In the past few years the entire GCP
staff has experienced signifigant personal growth, and knowledge.
Don't worry though, we're still as crazy and perverse as we were
back in the day. So this site will be where you can find all the good info
on our current projects, and info on what each of us are up to.
So who the hell manufactured this
crap?
That would be me,
Aaron. I don't exactly have anything better to do right now than
this. I'm waiting to get my video card so I can edit, and I have the day
off. So if you don't like it, you can just fuck right off.
Stay tuned to this section for all the news on upcoming events and or functions
Hard to believe this site hasn't seen an update in 4 years. Oh well,
lots of stuff to update. Here's where everybody's gone.
Grandpa Ghoat, Pat, graduated from Michigan State in 2002 and volunteered
to go teach in rural Mississippi as part of a program that helps provide
educators to underprivileged schools.
His brother Kevin also graduated from MSU, in 2004, and went to work
for Pfizer in Kalamazoo.
Brock decided being in Political Science wasn't his bag, so he quit college and got married. He works for a company in Grand Rapids that freelances nurses to the local hospitals. No word on any little Richmonds running around, so the city is still safe.
His sister, Couch, is still at MSU.
Aaron graduated from Western Michigan in April 03, then went off to the
Air Force for various reasons. Still trying to find a way to create
his master piece blockbuster, but he'll probably still be shooting wedding
videos.
Justin graduated from WMU the same time as Aaron. The two oddly enough had no clue the other was graduating. Currently he's at U of Idaho working on his MS in geological science.
Alan did finish his CS degree at Davenport University, and kicked around the family farm and businesses for a while, but then felt that there was more to life. He made an indepent short comedy called "Rejects of the Nuclear World." Oddly enough he married the girl in the movie, Tara, before leaving for seminary school in Iowa.
Jeff. . . . No one has a clue what happened to this guy. He took the punk thing pretty far last time I talked to him. That's cool and all, but he disappeared off the map. Hello, Jeff Butts , are you there? Same goes for Michael "ba ba" Booi
There's a few folks that were never officially part of GCP, but are worth
noting.
Scott and Heather, are now officially Scott and Heather Haskins.
Heather works for 5/3 bank and Scott works for an architectural firm, Beta
Design. They just bought a house in Grand Rapids and are doing fine.
Jerry, Nick, got married to his high school sweet heart and had a kid. He's still got his feet firmly planted in Sunfield.
