Class "A" vaults, as specified by the Federal Bank Protection Act. Six sided, 14-inch thick concrete reinforced with steel rebar. Steel vault doors. Intrusion monitored 24 hours a day. Electronic video surveillance cameras. Entire facility on secured compound protected by barbed and razor wire fences. Access doors and gates are electronically controlled. The security and protection of your media is insured via: separate facilities for all the various paper products, microforms and computer tapes. Vaults are protected by automated Halon 1301 fire suppression (a clean, non-liquid agent). Temperature and humidity controlled. Automatic auxiliary power generators. Intrusion and fire alarms are directly connected to law enforcement and fire fighting agencies. We offer facilities located out of earthquake zones and 500 year flood zones (the highest rating available). In fact, the Army Corps of Engineers not only determined these facts, but stores their vital records with us. Transportation of materials loaded indoors to protect against the elements. Security vehicles are heavy duty, unmarked, telephone equipped, alarmed, protected by Halon fire suppression and climate controlled.
