Enrollment:
We offer year round open enrollment
and a complimentary try out class for new students. Our registration
fee is $25.00 and is good for any consecutive amount of time you are
in classes with us. A student who takes a leave of absence for 30 days
or more and returns to the studio will have to pay the registration
fee once again.
Tuition:
Tuition is due the first of the month and statements WILL NOT BE MAILED.
A late charge of $10.00 will be assesssed for payments NOT received
by the 10th and your child will not be allowed to attend class until
your account is brought current. There will be a $20.00 service charge
for any returned checks. A 30 day notification is required prior to
dropping a class. Should you drop a class without 30 days written notice,
you will be charged for the following month's tuition. Accounts 60 days
past due will be sent to collections and a $20.00 service charge will
be added.
Dress Code:
Students must wear appropriate dance apparel and shoes. Students wearing
jeans or jean shorts will not be permitted to participate in class.
Hair should be tightly secured away from the face. Please be sure to
bring a water bottle so as not to get dehydrated while dancing.
Viewing: We
invite you to observe classes but only from the designated viewing areas.
It is important not to disturb or interrupt the teachers during class.
In order to help us ensure your child's success, we ask that the lobby
remain quiet during class times and that parents provide supervision
to siblings at all times.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to change and use the restroom.
This will help ensure that classes begin on time. A dancer who has missed
stretches is prone to injury, therefore it is the instructor's discretion
whether or not a tardy student will be allowed to attend class.
Make-up Classes:
For many reasons, it is important for your child to attend his/her regularly
scheduled classes. If it is necessary for you to miss a class, please
call ahead to let us know of your absence. Make-up classes are available
subject to front desk approval.
Recitals and Special Events:
There are many opportunities for your performers to shine on stage.
Yearly performances include: June recital, Great America, Placer County
Fair, local parades, and Disneyland. Costume fees are an additional
charge and vary according to the event.
Holidays:
Our tuition is based on a yearly calendar rate. There are NO ADJUSTMENTS
OR REFUNDS for holidays or missed classes. Likewise, we do not charge
extra when there are more than four classes in a month. Please refer
to the holiday schedule posted in the lobby for exact closure dates.
