Sonny and Brenda Tape #3

 Nov 23 - Dec 27, 1994

Arrival in Puerto Rico, Lois, S&B, M&L.  Pool scene with musical montage.  S&B in hotel room, making out in jacuzzi, make love. Luke arrives, then Lucy, Sean arrives too.  Frank Smith shoots Sean, Luke saves Sean's life and kills Frank.  S&B on verandah, Luke comes in and tells what happened.  Sonny goes to see Rivera, Brenda listens in from outside and is taken.  Sonny tells Luke about Brenda, Luke helps Sonny rescue Brenda - all on the run, the tram scenes, take off on boat, shootout, Luke shot and falls overboard but tells Sonny to leave him.  S&B on deserted part of island (great scenes), then they sneak back into the hotel, run into Lucy who wants to help.  S&B& Lois, Sonny meets up with Rivera.  Miguel's concert, N&L make up, Brenda is worried about the meeting, S/B/M/L are all taken by Rivera's men to meet with him.  Conflict resolved and they go back to hotel to share their relief with N&L.  Sean comes to question Sonny, continues as all are on plane with Sean on way home, S&B snuggle on plane. Back at home, Sean and Sonny tell Laura about Luke missing and the accident. S&B talk about Luke and Frank.   Ned wants to buy Sonny out to protect L&B, Lois talks to Sonny about L&B, she's worried about what happened in PR.  Laura tells Sonny off, she's worried about Luke as he hasn't reappeared.  Sonny goes to see Damian and makes a deal. Stone & Sonny, more Laura & Sonny.  Luke is still missing, Sean & Garcia question Sonny.  L&B & Sonny at  gatehouse, Lois tells Sonny off then they talk about Ned.  S&B&L have dinner, M&L drop by and join them.  Laura calls, Luke is home.  Sonny brings champagne and the rest of the gang celebrates the Idle Rich's first road trip to an Idle Rich concert in Rochester.   Sonny has bought a cruisen van for L&B.  In van, singing "Santa Claus is Coming to Town".  Ned is stuck in a hay field, can't make concert due to blizzard conditions.  L&B, Ned enters, Lois ticked that ELQ once again came first and he missed the concert. Sonny is not happy about Ned continually making Lois unhappy.  Ned gives Lois a Christmas present at Q's which she refuses, they have it out in front of everyone.  He's sad.  Christmas montage to "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" (sounds like Kenny G).  Bren comes to Sonny's wearing the fake fur he gave her for Christmas (she won't wear real fur) and she isn't wearing anything on underneath, S&B make love, and have a heart to heart.  Bren wants more from Sonny than dating, she wants to move in with him but he resists makes excuses.  She feels rejected and says she has to move forward either with him or without.  These are great scenes as he tells her he can't let her leave (the look on his face is incredible). Luke talks to Sonny about their new club.  Lila & Brenda talk about her growing relationship with Sonny. Brenda moves into Sonny's, he's concerned about the amount of clothes that come with her.  They start to argue over closet space and her crushing his suits. She feels like he is regretting her moving in and he is having a hard time adjusting but he reassures her and they make love. He wakes the next morning to her doing situps in bed but then she compensates by bringing him breakfast in bed. Damian comes to Sonny's to make a deal, Luke drops by and has a fit to find Damian there. S&B go to see Lois who reports on the Idle Rich tour and Lois begs for Brenda's help. Luke & Sonny talk about club opening. Luke tells Mike he won't hire him. Sonny & Luke show Laura and Lucky the club - Foster too! They toast.  Luke & Laura share a moment as Sonny looks on, he seems drawn to what they share.  They all go outside and light up the "Luke's" sign. Back inside, a firebomb explodes, Luke and Sonny try to put the fire out, can't and go out the front and gunfire erupts. After fire is out, Brenda and Stone come in and Bren is very upset by this latest attack. She stays with Lois and tells N&L about it. Sonny goes to see Bren at the gatehouse the next day, Lois is very worried about L&B getting caught in the crossfire. Mac questions L&B about Sonny - he's worried about Robin being involved with Stone. Mike comes into club and offers to help Luke, starts telling whopper stories again, but makes Luke laugh but he still refuses to hire him. Ned is spying on on Mac with L&B, Sonny's bodyguard grabs him, Ned & Sonny butt heads. Mike brings in a carpet to cover the water damage on the wall at the club. Luke kinda likes him in spite of himself, he winds up hiring him (but Sonny has yet to meet Mike).  Ned wants Mac to investigate and get the dirt on Sonny to get him out of Ned's life and L&B.  The guys responsible for the attack on Luke's club are brought to Sonny. He strikes fear into their hearts but they walk away professing their loyalty.  S&B smooch, L&B talk.  Mike rips off speakers (worth $2,000) from L&B while Lois and band unloading outside of the Outback. Mike takes them to Luke and tells him he bought them from for $500.
