Gia and Cashette are best friends and Chase is her brother. Jared is their best friend. All the characters from General Hospital are the same except Lucky has never been kidnapped nor brainwashed.

Prologue

At Kelly’s

(The Scooby-Do gang is sitting around a table talking)

I am so happy for you two. I mean engaged? That is so exciting!” Emily was smiling from ear to ear. But deep down a little part of her was disappointed. She had always had a crush on Lucky…I mean Liz and her were best friends…but…she always had hoped that maybe her and Lucky would team up. They use to be a team until little Miss. Annoying stepped up. She caught herself chuckling inside and immediately stopped this was her best friend. “This is probably the biggest thing that has ever happened to us!”

Lucky laughed. He was pretty lucky, he was so excited to get married to the women he loved. Liz and him had gone through a lot together. Yes, and in a couple of months…she would be all his. He turned to look at Liz and smiled. “I love you.” He kissed her on the cheek and smiled at her.

Nikolas sat there. Well…a Cassadine had actually lost. I mean he had wanted Liz…but…he didn’t fought for her, he couldn’t really. It was a choice between her and his Brother. Family had become very important to him. At least this family, the Cassadine’s could all kill themselves and he would be happy. At least he had Alexis…she was support for him. He turned his focus back on the cuddly kissing…couple. He let out a sigh…”Yah you two are the perfect match.” He winced as Liz kissed Lucky’s ear.

“Nikolas, that is so nice. I mean I know how hard it must have been for awhile. You liking me and all…but we all came through.” She smiled at him and put her hand on top of his.

Nikolas inwardly cringed as Elizabeth spoke the words to him. His whole idea of Elizabeth had completely changed from now on.

Chapter 1

“Gia are you sure this is a good idea I mean…Chase didn’t sound real ‘happy’ about this move.” Cashette put her hands on her hips. She smiled at Gia and how was putting her hair up.

Cashette was her best friend had been ever since…the beginning of first grade they had gone through everything together. And most likely always would. “I know what Chase said. But I am tired of Brooklyn…the crew will come. And Chase…well…he will understand okay. Now lets get ready to RIDE!” She spun around and slyly smiled at Cashette.

“You know sometimes I wonder if you are just to wild for you own good. I mean really? You think this Port Charles place has anything that we would enjoy. Kind of sounds like…a…boring place! They barely have any good clubs!” She threw the pamphlet at Gia. “Look…one place called Luke’s! Does that sound like a wild time!”

Gia schemed over the brochure. “Not really…but WE will make it fun! I mean me, you, Chase, and Jared. We will have fun no c’mon” Gia grabbed her keys and smiled.

“Okay, okay…but…we need to fill up. What is your mom gonna say?”

Gia pointed her finger at Cashette “Gia you are so irresponsible, you will never succeeded…blah, blah, blah. After that part I usually just block out her words on focus on how much fun I just had.” She laughed along with Cay.

In the Garage

Chase and Jared are leaning up against the wall staring at the clock.

“You ever notice Jared that those two always take up the most time. I mean how long does it take to go upstairs, get their keys, put G’s hair up and walk down 12 STAIRS! I just don’t get women.” Chase moved to sit on the old couch.

“Chase…women…NO ONE understands women! They are complicated…more so than a car…they have so many inputs and outputs…and wires…and UGH! Don’t bother.”

She slammed the door causes the two men to jump. “We aren’t THAT difficult…you boys just don’t know who to treat us! If you treated us half like the way you treat your car…well..we would be happy. Right Cay?”

“Right.” She walked over to Jared and kissed him on the cheek. “But…I suppose you will have to do…won’t he G?” She smirked.

“Yah I guess…I mean you don’t really have a choice.”

Chase stood up “What am I not a choice now?”

Cay turned around “Chase you’re my brother! And well Gia…what is your reason.”

“Hmm…I know what you two well to trust you.” She winked at Chase who smiled “Now are we ready to go?”

“Yeah Cay you are gonna ride with me right?” She squeezed her side. He always made sure she felt secure…but he was never into the P.D.A (public display of affection) He watched as she smiled.

“Yah.”

Gia walked to her 2001 Silver Saleen S7 Damn she loved this car. It was so fast…and hot! GRRR…she slid her hand across the top. She turned and looked back and Chase getting into his Lamborghini Diablo, and Jared into his ‘Vette. They did make the perfect crew. She was proud of what they had accomplished. She walked into the driver’s seat. She put her keys into the ignition and started it up. This was her favorite part. It roared and purred…She fell in love with it again and again. She pushed play on her dash and instantly Method Man/Redman Da Rockwilder came blaring through her system. She revved her engine. The tires squealed and left a suitable mark on the road. She smiled and wiped around the corner.

Chapter 2

Parking lot of Kelly’s the ‘crew’ is parked outside laughing

“Gia you are wild! I mean what were you thinking! You could’ve been killed.” Chase was always worried about Gia. She was an adrenal junky. Had been since he had known her. But he knew that she was safe…just…never wanted to see her go to far.

“Well…I needed to get past the semi. And I was boxed in. So I did what any normal Brooklyn girl would do…I went ‘under’ and through the semi.” She smiled that sweet innocent smile. That experience gave her the best adrenal rush. She hadn’t done that in a long time. She liked it that way. Full of spontaneity always exciting.

“Ahh…right! So I am starving. Lets get some grub.” He poked Gia and they headed for Kelly’s

The four walked into the doors, they all stopped and looked at each other. Cashette mouthed the word. ‘okay’

Jared looked around. What had they entered -- Hick-ville? “So do you think this is actually Port Charles?”

Cashette looked around and saw a small group of people sitting around a table. “I think so…the map says so. But…” She turned to Gia and started laughing. “I don’t know HOW we are gonna make this place fun G. You have any ideas?”

They all started laughing causing the gang to turn around when they heard the laughter.

Liz scowled at them. Who were they? And why were they insulting Kelly’s “I better go get their order.” She smiled and kissed Lucky. She stood up and walked over to the group. “Can I help you guys?” She smiled her sugary sweet smile.

Chase eyed her up and down. DAMN the place doesn’t have anything! “Actually we were wondering…is this actually Port Charles?” He let out a smirk and looked at Gia who was holding in her laughter.

Liz stood straighter and put her hair behind her ear. “Yes it is. Can I get your order?”

Cashette and Gia exchanged glances. Cashette nodded at Gia. “Yah actually you can. Where is Luke’s?”

Lucky had been watching his fiancé ‘try’ to handle the group that just entered but he could tell she was having trouble. He stood up and walked over to where they were standing. “You guys want to get to Luke’s?

Gia eyed him. He wasn’t bad. She took a step closer and smiled at him. “Yah we hear it is the only night club around, so we thought we’d check it out. You know where it is?”

Chase shook his head. She had often played this game, and the guys couldn’t help it. And by the looks of it either could this guy. He let a small chuckle and exhaled waiting to watch Gia attack.

Lucky could feel his heart race. It had been a long time since a girl had flirted with him and Maxie didn’t count. He opened his mouth but not a lot came out. “Ahh…”

“Well do you know where it I? Because if you don’t then we will have to find someone that does. Basically we really need to find it.” Gia stood back and looked at him funny. What was wrong with him? Had he never had a girl flirt with him before? Maybe this was a wrong idea. She looked at Cashette. “Cashette maybe we should jet.”

Nikolas had been sitting there watching this girl play with his brother. He was quite intrigue by her. She was gorgeous, fairly tall, exotic skin with these dark orbs that drew him in. He watched her smile at him and turn to the other girl. He quickly rose. “I can help you.”

Gia turned to look at the guy walking towards her. He was a sexy, tall, olive skin, gorgeous eye, and by the looks of the way the shirt hung on him, sculpted. She licked her lips seductively and walked over to where he was standing. “I bet you can.” She cocked an eyebrow.

He cleared his throat. Man was this girl something. He ran his hand through his hair. “Yah I can.”

This guy held his own much better than that other dud. “Well, speak up we don’t have all night.” She tilted her head and looked him up and down again.

He could feel his heart begin to speed up the pace. He enjoyed this attention from this mysterious wild woman. “Yah it’s by the docks. You want me to show you?”

Gia turned to look at her crew. “Well you see. We drove so if you could just point us the direction, that would be best.”

“I could but I wouldn’t want you to get lost.” He smiled at her.

She let out a chuckles “Trust me Hun, I don’t think we will get lost.” She winked at him. “The town doesn’t seem really complicated, but thanks.” She turned her head and laughed along with Jared.

Shot down. Okay next tactic “Well, just trying to be kind. It’s just down the road. Straight down the docks to left at the end. You can’t miss it.”

“Thanks Man. Come on G. Lets bounce. I bet this time I can beat you!” Chase winked at the girl still sitting by the table. She wasn’t that bad. Not really his type, not feisty enough.

Chapter 3

Nikolas stood in his spot thinking about what had just happened. This incredibly gorgeous lady just walked into Kelly’s taunted and teased him and left without looking back. Had he lost his charm? He turned and looked at Liz who was angrily staring at Lucky. Oh here we go.

“Why was she flirting with you? I mean WHO does she think she is!” She could feel her body boil. Who did that…that…GIRL think she was! Coming onto her boy…fiancé!! Oh she was gonna pay. “Does she not understand TAKEN FOR!”

Emily watched as Liz ripped into Lucky. “Liz, it isn’t Lucky’s fault, give him a break. You didn’t see him flirt back did you?”

“No…but…”

Lucky was still astonished that she had flirted with him. He wasn’t use to that type of behavior, especially in Port Charles. Everyone knew he was spoken for. “Liz…she was just trying to get a rise. Some girls just don’t get it. Don’t worry baby. You and me are for keeps.” He hugged her. “And that’s a permanent lock.” He kissed her ear and started to whisper words in her ear causing her to smile and laugh.

Emily stood up to where the rest of the gang was. “I kind of liked her. I mean…she seemed…fun!” She looked at Liz who’s mouth was had tightened and was involuntarily twitching. “Well! I mean it obviously wasn’t cool that she was hitting on Lucky…but she didn’t know. I say we go to Luke’s. Just to see what they are like. We don’t have anything else planned.” She let out a giggle.

Nikolas liked Em’s idea. He wanted to see this girl again, to see if she was real “I like that idea.” He suddenly heard a squealing sound outside and car engines ripping. He wondered who that was and why they were causing such a noise. “C’mon Em lets go. Are you two gonna come? I mean, we will have a lot of fun. Bro you got to come. I mean how often does anything really exciting happen in Port Charles.”

Lucky looked at Liz and she nodded. “Yah we will. Can we get a ride-“

“Yes now lets go!”

Luke’s Bath Rooms

Gia looked at Cashette who was wearing a pair of tight black jeans with a tight fitted blue tube top that made her blonde hair shimmer. “Girl you look like you are ready to kill! HOT!”

Cashette did a little spin for her. “You like? Yah well you know…impression is everything. But you look…well…lets just say that…slammin’!”

She was wearing a pair of black pants with a halters top that was red. Her hair was piled on her head with a couple of braids dangling. “Why thank you. But let’s get out there. I am sure there will be an audience outside!”

Cashette opened the doors and the two girls walked out. They smiled when they saw Chase and Jared. They had saved some seats. They got there and sat down.

“Hey gorgeous. We order the food already.” He put his hand on Cay’s lap. Man she was hot tonight. He loved that color on her. She was an extraordinary lady. Of course it had taken him a lot of time to figure that out. But when he did, it was like fire works.

“Well that was kind of you.” She squeezed his leg back. She looked around the table. Here were her three best friends. She couldn’t imagine what life would be like without them. Her and Gia had always been friends. She had gone through the hell that Gia had gone through. She was there with her every step of the way. From her father leaving, to…she didn’t want to think of that. Not now at least, she hated those thoughts…those memories. She looked up and noticed the people they met at Kelly’s walk in. “Heads up G. Here comes the ‘gang’” She laughed and smirked as she watched Gia rolled her eyes.

“Okay who says its time to leave!” She raised her hand and looked around the table, no one had raised their hands. “Okay so we stay. He better not come over here. I mean you flirt once and what they think you want to marry them? Give me a break.” She rolled her eyes and watched as they sat down.

Jared looked at the four going to sit down. “Yah well. You know G you can be REALLY seductive…I am sure the ‘long’ list of boys that we have on you would agree as well.” He lifted his glass.

“HEY! That is so unfair…just because I tease does not mean anything thank you. Besides, its not fun if you don’t flirt a little once and awhile.” She took of sip of her water. “So who is this guy ‘Luke’? Is he some mystical character or what?”

“No darling I’m right here.” He had been listening long enough to realize that he would like this vixen. She was right up his ally.

Gia turned around. “So your Luke?”

He moved his hands and smiled “In the flesh. So you guys new in town. I don’t think I have ever seen you around here and trust me I would remember the pretty face…”

Jared stood up to shake hands. “Actually we just came into town. Gia thought it would be fun.”

Luke looked down at the exotic beauty. “You must be Gia.”

“In the flesh.” She smiled at him; she liked this guy. He was fun and better than anything she had seen here.

Luke winked at her. Yep, she was defiantly a keeper. “SO Gia how long are you planning on staying in town for?”

“We don’t know yet. There doesn’t seem like a lot of stuff to do. So we may just jet tonight.”

“No you can’t do that. Port Chuck is the happening place! Murder, mystery, and mayhem. And I am usually the source of it all!” He started laughing with Gia and the rest.

Liz watched from a distant. This girl just WALKS into town and already has the attention of pretty much EVERYONE!! This was not right…and now she was laughing with HER soon to be father in-law. “Lucky don’t you want to go say hi to your dad. I’ll come.”

Lucky looked away from the menu and looked at Liz. “He looks kind of busy right now with those people we met early. I think I’ll let him be. He’ll come over later.”

“Oh…okay.” She smiled and sank back in her seat. She looked back at Luke laughing…and the rest of them. Who where they?

Chapter 4

3:00 a.m. everyone is still at Luke’s

Gia stretched out her arms and yawned. “Well you guys I think we should head home. I am so tired” She lay her head on her arms and closed her eyes. The thought of having to drive all the way home didn’t bring a smile to her face.

“Gia I have an idea. Why don’t we just stay here? I mean…not at Luke’s but we could just stay at a hotel or something. I mean we got the cash.” Cay smiled. She really didn’t want to have to sit through a ride home. Worried about Jared falling asleep on the wheel. Plus she was having fun. They had been laughing non-stop all night. Luke had even come and sat with them four a couple of hours.

Gia looked around the table. “I don’t care. You guys decide if I had my choice I would just curl up on this table and sleep.”

“Does that happen to you often?”

Her head shot up and look around and then slowly behind her to see that girl or waitress from that…Kelly’s smiling at her. “Wouldn’t you like to know. Lets jet.”

Liz could feel Lucky behind her. “My name is Elizabeth and this is my FIANCE Lucky.” She smiled at this girl

“Glad you know those very important facts.” She could hear Jared laughing.

“You don’t have to be so rude. I was just trying to introduce myself.” She crossed her arms.

Gia stood up and saw that all four of them were beside ‘Liz’ “Well you all came for a visit.” She turned her head from side to side. Man she was tired. “Since you all live here…you know of a place where we could all get some shut eye?”

Jared stood up along with Cay and Chase. “Yah. We had a really long day and are really tired.”

Nikolas watched as Gia leaned on the chair. She was so cool and calm. It was like nothing fazed her. “You could stay at my place. I have enough room as long as some don’t mind couches.”

“NIKOLAS ARE YOU CRAZY? YOU DON:”T EVEN KNOW THEIR NAMES!” Liz huffed and rolled her eyes.

Gia’s tiredness quickly left her and she smiled. She held out her hand. “My name is Gia, This is Cashette, Jared, and Chase. We would LOVE to stay at your place.” She smiled at Liz as she looped her arm around his arm. “So where did you say you lived?”

“He didn’t GIA! And the invitation is with drawn right Nik?” She pleaded with him.

He couldn’t believe Liz had just done that. “No its fine. Did you all drive?”

“Yah we did man. The three of us did.” Jared point to chase and Gia. “We will just follow you. Well…WE will follow you…not sure about G. She is a little feisty. But eventually she will make it.” He started to laugh. But got a jab from Gia. “Hey it is true…or she will beat you…either way she will be there.”

Nikolas felt confused. But he disregarded it. “Okay well my Jag is parked in the lot where did you guys park?”

“Hey Bro I am gonna jet. Liz and I are gonna hitch a ride with Em. See yah later.” The three walked off.

Cashette couldn’t believe that the two were brothers. “You two are brothers?”

“Yah. That is actually a long story. But…lets go” He headed out.

“So you drive a Jag huh?” Gia smiled…she was enjoying this guy more and more.

“Yah. She’s a tyrant, speed is her calling.” He ran his hands through his hair. Yah he was scoring brownie points.

Gia let out a giggle. She notice Nikolas looking at her “sorry … just…”She started laughing again.

Chase walked up by Gia. “Don’t worry about her. She has this problem every…once and a while. Don’t get scared…yet.” He watched as Gia started laughing even more.

Nikolas wished he hadn’t offered his place. These people were weird. But Gia was still intriguing. Something about her.

When they got outside Nikolas only saw three cars beside his in the parking lot. But the three were top end cars. “Umm...so where are your cars?”

The three took out their keys and hit the unlock buttons instantly the lights were flashing. Gia brushed past him allowing her hand to rub past his butt. “Right here. Race?”

Nik started to laugh. “You have got to be kidding me! YOU know how to drive THAT!” He pointed to the Saleen.

Cashette instantly let out a sigh as Nikolas had finished his words "Oh no."

Gia turned around. “What you think because I am some ‘girl’ I wouldn’t know how to drive? Here I thought you were a smart guy.” She eyed him. “Guess not. So you want to prove it? Lets race!”

Nikolas wasn’t about to back down to this girl. “Yeah lets go.”

The other three shook their heads. Jared walked up to him. “You are a very STUPID man!” He patted his back.

Chase pointed and laughed. “You are gonna go down BROTHER!”

Chapter 5

Gia walked to her car. Who did this guy think he was! Some sort of PRINCE!! Oh…he had gone over the line with the whole comment about a ‘girl’ not being able to drive! He was just some arrogant JERK who thought he was a KING to women. Well I’ll show him!

Nikolas walked to his car. This was gonna be easy. She was probably some rich girl that didn’t know how to drive a sport car. Her parent’s probably bought it for her just so she could crash it. Well, HE was gonna get the better of her.

Gia looked at her friends smiling at her. This was gonna be so easy. She turned on the car she revved the engine a little. She glared at Nikolas. She put it into first gear. She looked at back at Cashette who was mouthing pop. Gia sat for a moment pop? Pop what? It then dawned on her, Cay meant popping the clutch. Oh that was such a good idea. He would think she was some idiot driving. She slyly smiled. She popped the clutch and the car instantly stopped revving.

Nikolas burst into laughter as he watched her pop the clutch. He smiled again and watched her. Man this was too easy. She couldn’t even the get the car in first gear.

She turned on the car again. She could see Nikolas’s smirk from here and she was just the person to wipe it off his smug face. She turned the car back on and glided smoothly beside him. She rolled her window down. She smiled at him. “I always has a problem with the shifting…well hopefully I’ll do better.”

“Yah…well I guess that’s why…” Before he could finish she was revving her engine so she couldn’t hear him.

She laughed as he tried to speak. “WHAT? I can’t hear you!” She laughed and revved it again.

“GIA!!” He couldn’t yell any louder.

“WHAT?” With that she quit revving it only to hear Nikolas’s loud voice booming.

“SHUT THAT OFF!” He was startled to hear his voice. He looked at Gia was laughing even harder. Annoyed at her even more he looked at her friends who were also laughing and waving. “Can we get this show on the road?”

“Okay…just as long as you quite yelling. Relax.”

“Gia? Where are we racing too? Because quit frankly there needs to be a bench or something for me to sit on. You know me being there before you and all.”

“You know Nikki…” She watched as his eyes flamed with annoyance

“Don’t call me ‘Nikki.” He ran his hands through his hair.

“Whatever. So Nikki lets put some money on this. I have enough to spare. So one grand is the prize…plus the satisfaction of knowing that I kicked your cocking butt.”

He watched as her eyes went golden. “It’s a deal.” He shook her hand and they decided where the finish line would be. Straight down this road to Kelly’s.

Cashette leaned over to Jared. “I can’t believe he bet money on this. He has no idea what he just got himself into.”

“Yah well they usually have to learn the hard way. Look at me. I defiantly learnt the hard way.”

“True.”

They got into positions. Chase was counting for them. “You two ready?” He watched as both nodded. “GO!” He covered his ears with his hands. The noise was terrific.

Gia smoothly glided it into second gear. Nikolas was behind her. She smiled. “Got yah”

Nikolas couldn’t believe the way she started she was so smooth with that car. It was like they were one. He was far behind her now. He could barely see the back lights “DAMN” He had been beaten. How humiliating.

Gia sat on the bench waiting for him to arrive. She could hear his footsteps. She yawned and looked at her watch. “Its about time. Hand over the cash.” She held out her hand and felt the wade of money enter her hand. “Thank you for playing you LOSE!” She laughed. “Can we go home now.” She stood up.

“I can’t believe you beat me. What about the popping clutch? Was that just some act to make me think you sucked.” He watched as she thought for a moment

“YEAH! You see you apparently don’t understand that I am a winner and you just lost to a girl!” She kissed his cheek.

“Come on Gia be nice to the boy. He is new. He didn’t know what he was getting himself into.”

Nikolas stood there. She had just kissed his cheek. What was that all about? Why did she have to kiss him right after she creamed him in a race, that he was suppose to win! He felt completely ashamed as he followed her.

Nikolas’s Cottage.

He unlocked the door to the cottage and allowed them to poor inside. “So I have one guest room. It has a queen size bed. And a very comfortable couch.”

Jared walked in. His pad was awesome; it was nice and deserted not people everywhere and the furniture was nice. “Cool. So who is gonna sleep where?”

Gia turned to face Jared. “Well you and Cashette can take the room and Chase you take the floor beside them. And I’ll take the couch.” She smiled as she went and flopped on it.

All four of them looked at each other and in unison vocalized their opinions. “NO!”

“Gia you can sleep with me. Chase and Jared can fight over the couch.” Cashette looked at her best friend, she already knew that Gia would go against it but she had to try.

“Yah I mean Gia it totally isn’t fair. Now get your butt up to that room.” Chase sternly looked at Gia. She always took the high ground trying to make everyone else feel comfortable.

“I agree” Jared nodded his head. “I feel ashamed thinking that you are gonna sleep on the couch while I get the bed.”

Gia looked at them all. “You guys. I am taking the couch.”

Nikolas looked around. He supposed he could give up his bed for the night. “Gia why don’t you take my bed.” He was startled when all eyes glared at him. He held up his hands “Whoa not with me in it! I mean you and Cashette can sleep there and the boys…can have a bed and a couch. Or whatever.”

“Nikolas, you offered us to let you stay with us. You don’t know who we are. I am not taking your bed. I appreciate it. But…I would rather have the couch. Now no more bickering, lets all get some sleep.” She watched all of them except Nikolas stay. “Thanks for letting us stay. It was nice of you.”

“Yah not a problem. Thanks for embarrassing me with the race.” He watched as her eyes twinkled.

“No problem. It was defiantly my pleasure. Trust me. Nik? Do you have a blanket around here?” She looked around the room.

“It’s right behind you.” He walked over to the couch and pulled it off.

She could feel her cheeks blush. How stupid could she be? Now he probably thought she was hitting on him. This is just great!

He knew it wasn’t a play. She didn’t seem like the type of girl that would play dumb to get a guys attention. No, she seemed more like an in your face type of girl. “Here you. Well…I guess I should head up for bed. You need anything else?” He slowly made his way to the stairs.

“No. I ‘m good. I’ll…umm…see you in the morning.” She lay down and wrapped the blanket around her. She was so tired. She was worried she’d fall asleep on the way home. She closed her eyes and felt herself slowly drifting off.

He stood there for a moment watching her. There was this magnetism that drew him to her. He had never felt this way about anyone. I mean Liz…no not even Liz. Liz seemed like…some dull…rusty brass…cheap…thing. But Gia she was like this diamond with Gold trimming. It was like she was on fire. He couldn’t shake this connection off. As he stood there he realized that if she woke up and found him staring at her she would probably have a few words to say. He slowly climbed the stairs and in to his bed.
