expertise to upper-level management and technical representatives in design,
development and implementation of sophisticated technical solutions. Held fully
accountable for all aspects of project management, from needs analysis and
project planning to testing and support. Liaised extensively with
cross-functional departments, vendors and client representatives in gathering
requirements and procuring resources. Directed progress meetings, trained
employees and coordinated schedules. Resolved various technical issues,
providing escalated technical support and troubleshooting. Created project life
cycle plans and tracked/managed projects to ensure on-time, under-budget completion.
Developed and managed risk management strategies. Key Projects:
- Fair, Isaac, Inc. (2000
-- 2003): Spearheaded design and implementation of system automating
deployment of business strategies across company’s production environment.
Designed system’s capability to convert decision trees into deployable
source code and executables. Supervised, trained and mentored team of 35
programmers. Maintained project focus on programming, compiler
construction and Web services. Key
Outcome: COM Compiler project was met with outstanding levels of
customer satisfaction immediately upon release. Fully re-designed Decision
System architecture, resulting in significant enhancement in
performance.
- Adea Consulting Group (2000): As Hiring Manager, Senior Technical Engineer
and Marketing Engineer for newly launched consulting firm, recruited,
hired and built staff of 10 developers and built network infrastructure
from ground up. Key Outcome: Pursued
and acquired first major client GTE Communications. Liaised and delivered
marketing/sales presentations to client’s upper management. Led design and
deployment of scalable, distributed Web-application architecture.
- Thaumaturgix, Inc. / HealthScout.com (1999 – 2000):
Managed full development lifecycle for design and deployment of B2B
Web-based system. Determined and ensured all phases of project timeline
were met. Created and scripted all algorithms and codes during development
phase and conducted extensive debugging during testing phase. Coordinated
integration of product into existing infrastructure. Key Outcome: Project was successfully completed on-time and
under budget.
- International Software Solutions, Inc. / Capital One
Financial Group (1999): Assigned to conduct
market/technology research on various automatic e-mail response-generation/-routing
systems. Assessed capability of 3rd-party content handlers
through use of neural networks and fuzzy logic. Key Outcome: Successfully led seamless integration of selected
routing system into existing architecture.
- International Software Solutions, Inc. / Northwest

Technical University, Ankara,
Turkey 1994
– 1995
Master’s Student
Conducted extensive research and development on emerging
neural network technologies. Designed and deployed higher order artificial
neural network. Utilized "Expanded Range Approximation" learning
methodology invented at Kings college in London
in design of system; evaluated and contrasted individual learning capabilities
with classical learning algorithm. Conducted additional research in areas such
as genetic algorithms, fuzzy logic systems and evolutionary computing. Studied
advanced pattern recognition techniques such as finger-printing. Initiated
studies on DNA computing upon publication of first-ever paper on the subject.
Prepared and delivered presentations on emerging technologies such as AI to
widely diverse audiences. Coached peers in areas such as numerical artificial
intelligence theory and biologically inspired computing. Key Achievements:
