In the little known about game Lunar Galeon stands out as a truely evil person. The party originally grows up on stories of the four heroes and there actions to save the world Ghaleon being one of them.

Ghaleon's plot is very complicated so a basic chart will be used to let us see his plan.
1. He developed a hatred for Dyne and Althena because Althena, the Goddess of the world choose to let hunamity run itself and that she would be reborn as one of her own children
2. He enlisted the aide of the Vile Tribe people who also hated the goddess
3. He turned on Lemia(another hero) and used the power of Vane's Magic Giuld to search for the godess incarnate
4. He found the goddess in Luna, the hero's love interest and kidnaps her
5. He enslaves the four dragons of the world who represent the goddess's power
6. He uses the Grindary (the mobile assualt castle) to shoot down the city of Vane
7. He awakens the goddess's soul with in Luna
8. He defeats the party in what should have been the final battle

Not just for this complicted plot was he ranks this high but because he is such a hard fight. Using instant death spells damage absorbers, and doing about 80% of damage to the entire party with his double magic attacks
He also constantly mocks Alex the only person in the world with the power to kill him by calling him dragonboy and commenting on how Alex is the dragonmaster but how he has all the dragons.
