| Military deployments can impose significant stress on both the CF member and the member's family. A Deployment Support Committee (DSC) has been formed by the Regiment to help its members and and their families cope with military deployment abroad, and contribute to the well-being of the family unit. The Deployment Support Committee (DSC) is assembled and constituted in accordance with the Regimental Operations Plan for 2007-2008. It will function as described in the Ops Plan and is composed of following members: = OIC � Adjt Capt. G. Lang = RSM - CWO K. Brady = Padre - Capt. F. Scorsone = Chief Clerk - Sgt D. Williams = 2 x Rt�d AF Pers - Capt Gasperlin & Sgt Farina = Jr NCM Mess Rep - MCpl Evans = Regimental Association Rep - MWO M. Stephens (Ret�d) = Regimental Trustee Rep - HLCol Friesen = Dependent Rep - Mrs. S. Matheson The Committee will consider internal support to deployed personnel considering the following information: 4 Communications (written and electronic) with pers; 4 Send Off/Welcome Home BBQ or Smoker and associated costs; 4 Provision of care package(s) before deployment, while deployed and on return to the Unit; 4 Services already provided by other Organizations (Rear Party, TFMRC, etc.) and; 4 Administration provision by our Unit and Petawawa.
