This is my pride and joy. The fruits of alot of hard work...buying and drinking. I have tried to gather a bunch of really good beers to drink now and some to save and drink later after some cellaring. Starting with my travels to the Netherlands and Belgium and continuing today with my many trips to the Beer Yard, Monk's, Ace Beverage, the Foodery and other great beer establishments in the area....I have tried to collect beers that not only look good in the bottle but taste really really good when opened. |
