Dance Maniax is similar to both Dance Dance Revolution and ParaParaParadise. You must do certain actions on certain beats. Dance Maniax follows the same actions as ParaParaParadise, which is moving your body parts under certain sensors. The difference between ParaParaParadise and Dance Maniax is that you are allowed to use your feet. Some of the same songs from Dance Dance Revolution are featured in Dance Maniax, except they are different mixes of the song.
