Piper's relationship with Dan is strained when she decides to give Leo a Valentine's card and Prue attempts to spend a day doing nothing now that she's out of work.

One of Phoebe's past lives comes back to haunt her as she learns that in the 1924 her past self was seduced by a warlock named Anton in attempt to steal her cousins' (Prue and Piper's past lives) powers. Phoebe soon discovers that the untimely death in her past life will led to her death in the present unless she can prevent it while Anton continues to to attempt to steal the powers. Piper discovers that in her past life Leo was a former lover and Dan was her husband.

Meanwhile, seeing Piper difficulty in choosing between Leo and Dan, Phoebe works a little magic to help Piper find her true love.
