| The membership form should be filled in completely and signed by the applicant. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| He/She should submit the requisite fees along with 3 recent | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| photographs (preferably 1 P.P. size and 2 stamp size). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| To be a member of G.E.S.A. on should have been a bonafide a student of Gokuldham High School for at least one academic year. and hence should produce some proof to that effect. during application for membership. (Preferably the photocopy of the school leaving certificate). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The applicant need not apply for membership only after passing the S. S. C. exam from Gokuldham High School. The applicant may apply even after having left the school in between. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The applicant may join G.E.S.A '. Whenever he/she choose to. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Every member shall receive an I-card which will have a life long validity- and the loss of which must be | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| reported to G.E.5.A.. so that a duplicate may be issued | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| on the payment of the requisite fine. All the members may make use of the allotted facilities to G.E.5.A. as a privilege of being its member. A member will have to surrender his/her I-card on termination of his/her membership or on termination of the organisation. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| During functions and projects if the presence of members is require. they will be notified postally. or by a | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| notice displayed prominently. or by any other equivalent means. which may guarantee the knowledge of the same by every member. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| ���� The membership of a member may be terminated if - | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (a) 50 decided by the G.E.S.A. cabinet. in the vested interests of G.E.S.A. taking into consideration the nature of the fault and the member's previous records and nothing else. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (b) theorganisation get dissolved | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
