Duties of the N'Siah:
*Lead members in discussion.
*Act as liaison between the chapter, advisors, and advisory board.
*Confer regularly with advisor to keep her informed.
*Confer regularly with executive board officers.
*Presidents should lead, not dictate.
*Delegate responsibilities.
*Help and encourage committee chairwomen, but do not take over.
*Run meetings.
*Insure that meetings have agendas, follow parliamentary procedure, and are always relevant and necessary.
*Help each officer do her job well.
Duties of the S'Ganit:
*Involve every member in program planning.
*Insure that proposed programs are planned and run smoothly.
*Develop programs that interest members.
*Plan a variety of programs in all 6-folds.
*Plan inter-chapter programming.
*Promote all regional functions.
*Write up and send in program evaluations.
*Fill in for officers that cannot be present at a given meeting.
Duties of the Aym Ha Chaverot:
*Plan at least one recruitment program.
*Form a plan for retaining members.
*Help make members feel involved and appreciated.
*Educate and reeducate members about BBYO.
*Promote MIT/AIT conclave.
*Understand and accept that BBYO is not for everyone, but help each girl realize her potential within BBG.
*Keep in constant contact with your co-officer.

*Keep an accurate and updated statement of chapter's incomes and expenditures.
*Collect and deposit all money.
*Sign checks.
*Plan at least one fundraising program.
*Prepare a chapter budget when necessary.
*Reimburse members for expenses .
*Educate members about ISF and PEF.
*Set pledge goals for ISF and PEF.
Mazkirah
(Secretary)
*Take accurate minutes of all general and executive meetings.
*Read old minutes at meetings.
*Take roll at meetings.
*Be responsible for chapter correspondence: thank-you notes, letters of request, etc..
*Inform president and/or advisor of any outstanding items (old business) prior of the next meeting.
*Publish a chapter roster.
*Create a chapter newspaper (The Ducky Digest).
*Keep members informed of all upcoming meetings, programs, and events.
*Create phone tree/committee.
Sh'licha (Jewish Heritage
Chairwoman)
*Work with S'ganit to organize an ongoing community service project.
*Incorporate community service and Judaism into everyday programming whenever possible.
*Plan at least one MBA program.
Shomeret Ha-Brit
*Reads the opening and closing prayers during the meetings.
*Weinstein doesn't have an official one.(We usually choose one during the meeting).

*Collects pictures and puts together a scrapbook for the chapter's year.
*It is entered in a scrapbook contest at Regional Convention.br>

Sunshine Girl
*Spreads light throughout the chapter.
*Gives out Birthday cards and cute
little letters to all the girls to show them that they are welcome, missed, and
that we want them to come back to the next program.
