The 93 series 911 model was augmented by the sporting 911 Carrera RS. This model was available both as a basic version and a club sports package for the race track. The RS was equipped with a 3.8 litre engine, 18-inch wheels and a turbo braking system. All in all, the RS was spruced up as a sporting lightweight design.
