2002 Mercedes Benz A210 Evolution AMG
AMG A-Class
The A 210 Evolution comes with its own exquisite features to secure its unique position in the extensive A-Class model range: the unmistakable bodystyling from Mercedes-AMG, wind deflectors on the rear windscreen and the new 17inch light-alloy wheels mould the individual look. This look is underlined by the bluish interference-type indicators in the clear-glass front headlamps, the understated red trim strip as well as the new exterior mirrors with integrated indicators, all typical features that clearly identify this as a new addition to the Mercedes-Benz family.
The exclusive interior highlights the unique position occupied by the top-of-the-range A-Class. Dark grey leather, light Alcantara and brushed aluminium communicate a special look and feel to the passengers. The impression is heightened by extra-special appointments features such as the silver-coloured seat belts, the ergonomically designed, two-tone steering wheel with light-coloured stitching, plus the sports pedal system with stainless-steel plating and rubber studs. The individual nature of the compact-sized trendsetter is enhanced by specifications brimming with high quality and practicality, right down to the finest detail.
The sports suspension succeeds in combining dynamic handling with excellent long-distance comfort. Re-tuned spring/damper elements and a special rear-axle stabiliser turn the A 210 Evolution into an extremely agile, compact-sized vehicle. The excellent handling is complemented by the effective brake system with disc brakes all-round, the front discs are not just internally ventilated, they are also perforated, providing a significant boost when driving in the wet.
