High-school-teacher in Linz (1981-1999). 1994-1999 external lecturer at the University of Natural Resources and Applied Life Sciences (Universität für Bodenkultur) in Vienna (Habil. 1995). 1995-1999 external lecturer at the University of Vienna (Department of Geography). 1999-2004 high-school-teacher at the St. Georgs College (Istanbul). Since 2005 high-school teacher at the HAK Spittal/Drau.
