The Lorenzo Two is the ultimate weak two bid. Only in use when not vulnerable (for obvious reasons!), it is a mandatory weak bid on the 2-level. Any hand with 0-7 HCP (or 8 HCP balanced) MUST bid!
If there are two suits of equal length, a major is bid before a minor.

Responses: Bid when you feel like it, 2NT is a strong (20 HCP?) bid that asks if opener has total trash or not. An example hand of this agressive style is the following (from the Dutch national team selections):
