Suspensor Forcing Pass

This is a forcing pass system played by Polish stars Balicki - Zmudzinski in the 1991 Bermuda Bowl where they won a silver medal. In this system, with 13+ HCP one passes, and with weaker hand you bid something, so the reverse of "standard" systems.

Opening bids in 1st and 2nd seat
