1) The head unit is a mixture of parts from MG GM C kai and MG Quel.
     The front section is made using GM C's head front portion. The part is shorten by around 3mm and parts of the
     side portion are shifted to the chin. The remaining back section of the head are build up with square styrene rod
     and styrene sheet. The chin is taken from MG Quel.
     
   

2) A new visor had to be made as the shape of the head is very different from the original GM C kai.
     Industrial epoxy putty are inserted into the head to get a rough shape for the mold. After harden, the epoxy
     putty are removed and sanded to shape.  Clear plastic sheet is than heat formed over the mold.
     The new visor is than cut to shape and dip in Mr color clear green for a thick and glossy finishing.  
      

3)  A unique feature of GM sniper family is the visor guard. The visor guard unit is supposed to shift down to cover
      the main visor when the sniper is using long range weapon.
      The frame of the visor guard is made by gluing stripes of styrene sheets on to copper sheet. The completed frame
      is than fix onto both sides of the box unit and bend to conform to the shape of the head unit. The box unit is made by
      styrene sheets and triangle styrene rod.

4) The completed sub assemblies of the head unit awaiting further details to be added.
