8-Laser Enhancement
 RUNE_LASE - Most weapons are now laser weapons
 offense: Due to increased max nails, this rune is pretty good with the nailgun.

9-Teleport Rune
 RUNE_TELE - Activate to teleport randomly

10-Ammo-theft Packs

14-Jammed Gun Enhancement

15-Environment Protection Rune
 RUNE_ENVR - Liquids heal you and activate it to jump out. Protection from many runes.

16-Gravity Well Trap
 RUNE_WELL - Activate to drop trap that sucks enemies. Re-activate to remove it

 RUNE_TGRN - Grenades will stick to walls and wait to be activated. Cost = 4 grenades

22-Multi Grenades
 RUNE_MGRN - Grenades will split in multiples. Cost = 3 grenades
 offense: Combined, more powerful than one grenade.

24-Phoenix Rune

25-Rocket Enhancement
 RUNE_RCKT - Rockets are almost 4x strong and faster rate of fire (4 health each shot)
 offense: They follow walls, and are more powerful as normal AND quick firing.
 defense: There's still that damn revenge/empathy rune...

26-Hallucination Traps
 RUNE_STRP - Activate to drop trap that will make the player's view very weird

27-Health Rune
 RUNE_HLTH - Max health is 650

 defense: With red armor, just keep eating those rockets... your opponents might pause in
          confusion, even though you may be firing- once.

28-Radioactivity Rune

 defense: No one will want to be in the same room as you (Just like real life?) 33-your
          health keep going down each "tick"? must be this rune.

29-Revenge Rune
 RUNE_EFRE - If killed, attacker will be destroyed, too
 offense: None (unless laughter will disable the enemy)
 defense: No way for an opponent to know you have it... so, none

30-Magic Rune
 RUNE_MISS - Activate to shoot those knight's spikes

 Look for olive-green particles coming off of players. Also, the scragg noise.

34-Sniping Rune
 RUNE_SNIP - Activate to fire a bullet that will kill instantly. Cost = 20 health

 RUNE_JUMP - Jump higher. Falling cannot hurt you

61-Shalrath Missile Rune
 RUNE_SMSS - Activate to fire a missile like those shalraths; chooses a target randomly

 Unlike other bad runes, this can be removed whever you want (unless there is a rune holding period). New players might like to stare at the bubbles. And don't try to flood the server, it cannot be done.

 offense: You can strip armor off of anyone very quickly.

74-Cloaked Projectiles Rune

 If you are close to another player, and attempt to activate it, it will not work because it hates me. Run a second from someone... should be good

Only in single-player (impulse 25) is this available. Turns out the faster your computer, the more you will be able to fire within a second. You can even crash quake by creating too many projectiles. fun.
