Minimize your website window (click on minus sign at upper right)
Go to www.light-speed-graphics.com
Choose a flashing button by left clicking on it
Now, right click on it
A drop down box will appear
Click on "Save As"
In the white box, click the down arrow
Choose where you want to save the image (ie.My Desktop)
Hit OK
Minimize this window
Check and see if it saved

Open your website index.html file
Click on the name of the page you want the image on
Click on the pictures tab at top of page
Click on USER FILES
Click on where you saved it (ie. My Desktop)
Click on the name of the button (what the computer saved it as)
Click OK
Click Save page
