| David Kvirkvelia has recently established himself in the Georgian National Team after some excellent performances for Dinamo Tbilis. Kvirkvelia started his career at Kolkheti Poti where he was recognised as one of their most promising players. Dinamo Tbilisi then signed him before the 2002-2003 season and he has become an essential member of the squad displacing former captain Archil Sakhvadze on Dinamo's left side. Kvirkvelia can play anywhere down the left side. He can play as a full back or as an attacking midfielder. He is now a regular in the National Team squad and can expect to be for several years to come. |
