You take care of the man with gun." Then Cheetax begins to run towards "X". "No I will not go home now! You will suffer." [so she's not very witty :-) ] Cheetax will run toward the X and will use the half-move and a dodge. Cheetax will try to run low so to avoid "gun" fire. Then when close to X, Cheetax will attack man's armored chest area with full strength. [Cheetax figures this guy is a little tougher than the Wordsmen.] william From wmnabors@flash.net Thu Aug 20 21:07 EDT 1998 Date: Thu, 20 Aug 1998 20:15:43 -0500 From: Terp Reply-To: wmnabors@flash.net X-Sender: "Terp" (Unverified) X-Mailer: Mozilla 4.04 [en]C-FLASHNET (Win95; I) MIME-Version: 1.0 To: George Ruban Subject: Re: Turn 5 appended References: <199808191458.KAA07604@spacely.icd.teradyne.com> Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Length: 1266 George Ruban wrote: > > [I forgot a few points in last turn's email that should have a chance > to affect your move. I love your in-depth style of move explanations, and the maps are very helpful. I do appreciate you patience with the amount of time this is taking. I will try to be a little quicker with my responses to try and improve our turn over rate. Probably the normal moves and non-combat moves will go a little faster. Combat always takes a little longer (even in face-to-face sessions) > How do you like the general tone? It has been good. About the standard comic book style. Not proface since you edit some of the language to clean it up a little, which I appreciate alot. > > Too complex? Not complex enough? Too much combat? Not enough? > Opponents too easy? Too tough? Too early to tell? Complexity is good. It is a little tough because I am still trying to figure out how cheetax thinks on things, but it is challenging and causes me to get into the characters head, which I like. As far as the rest of the game we will probably have to wait until we get out of Combat and into more role-playing. william
