Subject: More char notes

I re-read my character suggestion, and realized I made some mistakes
myself. Disguise and Shadowing are GEN skills, and there is no such
thing as an 8 point "all skills" skill level. Also I forgot to add
very important NoncombatMovement multipliers to your Running - very
important to get up to x4 at least, if you want to chase down
cars. The moral is to use my suggestions as advice, I guess, and that
I shouldn't be building your player character, I guess...  :-)

Do rewrite your charactr when you get a chance, incorporating my
suggestions as much or as little as you like. Do upgrade your
character's combat capabilities at least a bit, though.
