Greeting from your ICAMG 2004 Secretariats. Due to the deadline of Pre-registration and Hotel reservation through the conference secretariat was closed on November 1, 2003. Only On-site registration of Module 1 is available to conference delegates. Module 2 is not available because 40 capacity of the excursion is full. At the present, more than 240 papers will be presented in this joint International Conference to be held in Bangkok and Ayutthaya. A block of rooms has been fully booked by our pre-payment delegates through the conference secretariat including the APN/IGCP475 invitees. We are very pleased to inform you that after November 10 participants are requested to make room reservations directly through the hotel by yourselves. It is recommended for particularly those who had not made the appropriate pre-payment before November 10. January is normally high season for tourism in Thailand and hotels are fully booked. To make sure your hotal booking, special rates hae been negotiated for the overseas delegates at the Miracle Grand Convension Hotel and The TK Palace Hotel. These rates are available only of you must refer to " The ICAMG 2004" to obtain the quoted rates (see more information in accommodation). Wewould like to transfer a part of room reservation and an airport transportation to the hotel. Please understand the situations of such an unconvenient mangement.!
