The Earthquakes in Taiwan

Below the crustal plates, there is hot molten magma.
Just like boiling water,
the hot magma produces strong convection
currents.These
currents make the plates move.Some
plates
move towards each other while others move apart from each other.
Such plate movements may cause shaking on the plates especially near the
boundaries.When the shaking in severe,major earthquakes occur.
