The following resources are designed to assist sufferers of ME/CFS (and FM) on a number of fronts:

1. To assist the preparation of Insurance Claims, and the subsequent��
�� problems that arise when Insurance Companies terminate claims unfairly;

2. To assist with obtaining effective help and accomodations from
�� Educational Institutions;

3. To assist with resources on discrimination problems arising from�
�� ME/CFS/FM;

4. To provide access to legal resources to assist in claims and to assist you
�� in identifying rights;

5. To allow access to other bodies and associations that can assist you to
�� resolve problems that arise out of this illness that are not medically based.

I hope to bring together a great deal of the resources that have accumulated over the past five years of the illness in order to share them with sufferers and those who assist them.

The illness necessarily includes the need to fight for one's legal rights.�� We are often subject to persecution and discrimination purely because we are presumed to be liars, malingerers and cheats solely because of the illness, and its reputation as being an illness that has not basis in reality, or one that is purely psychosomatic.

In every aspect of our daily lives we often endure repeated insults, defamatory slurs, and an absence of support.�� I would like to provide access to legal recourse, in addition to resources that can avoid that path if used effectively.�� I would hope that these resources might be used to avoid litigation, enhance understanding and promote a more co-operative environment for sufferers via education and informed decisions.
