| Bernard and Saul | |||||||||||
| When I first heard the title of this episode, Bernard and Saul, I made the same mistake as Trent. I thought it was Saul turned into Paul (Acts). Yep, wrong testament. But, I liked the show anyhow. The storyline has been overused, but it was good anyhow. The acting was okay, though some of the characters seemed to be casted in a hurry. I have heard those actor names on Odyssey many times. Saul's actor sounded exactly like the owner of hand-to-hand...funny, that. The writing itself was passable. I know I like thanking or discrediting the writer, but I'll think I'll pass on that today. Though I have been surprised by Nathan Hoobler's writing recently...(:-)) All-in-all, an episode that can be missed. I hope to hear better from the looking-younger Younger after the break. Edit: 2/24/05-I forgot to mention in my original review that I really liked the inclusion of the short song just before the second addvert break. And, as time changes many things, I have changed the rating of this show. I have added half a star to it. Oh, and just in case you were wondering about the wrong web address for this review, when I originally composed this review I accidently saved it over my review for "The Girl in the ?Sink." |
