| Nothing But the Half Truth is a half good show. Wooton's storyline was good; Marvin's storyline was sleepy. Now, if you're reading this review I'm assuming that you've heard the show, so I am not going to tell you what happened. Wooton was good and often funny in the show, while Wellington was quite boring and didn't really suit the comic feel of the show. I disliked the end scene; it didn't seem to be very satisfactory. Whit and Marvin's storyline was only so-so. I say that it was so-so because it was both good and bad. It was bad because of the boring acting and boring writing; it was good because we didn't get too much of Wooton. I didn't like the end scene as we were forced to find it funny about Whit's pink whites and I also was surprised to find that Marvin is already starting a voice change. I think AIO should get six year-old boys to be on the program so they can last for at least six years on the show. But Something's Gotta Change will affirm this. Who knows? This may be the last season of Marvin and maybe even the Washington's! In conclusion (does it seem that my conclusion begins earlier in the review these days?), Nothing But the Half Truth was an okay episode. It was what I expected of the show and, to be honest, I like having a Wooton show every season from Torry Martin. Just don't overdo it. Split Ends will be enjoyable-look out for my review, hopefully this weekend. Edit: 2/24/05-I have added half a star to this show. It's actually quite a fun one, but I still have problems with it. |
