Notes: This album was previously released as "The Early Classic" and contained the episodes "An Act of Mercy," "Issac the Benevolent" and "The Trouble with Girls" instead of "A Member of the Family" and "A Change of Hart." Also featured on the re-release were Odyssey Scrapbooks on the end of the shows. Original cover art for this album is shown on the right.

"Connie Comes to Town," "Promises, Promises," and "The Tangled Web" all prominately feature Connie-and they're all good! My favorite of these three is probably "The Tangled Web" with a great lesson and some funny dialouge. "Connie Comes to Town" is second-best with some funny stuff ("Let me scoop that back into your cup) and the introduction of Connie. "Promises, Promises" obviously has been cut (because of Officer Harley), but it still delivers.

Probably the two best shows on this album are "Gifts for Madge and Guy" and Recollections." "Gifts for Madge and Guy" was the first comedy show and it is hilarously funny, even on the tenth or twentyth listen. A great show! I would like to hear more shows like it.

"Recollections" is most easily the best show on the album. It is really emmotional and gets me every time. We also delve into Whit's past, a very good place to go. A story to bring Connie closer to Christ and for us to put on repeat again and again!

"The Adventure Begins" or, as previously known, "The Early Classics" is a great album. Every genre is covered and every age level is targeted. The first album of AIO delivers!

Rating: 3/ 5
Best Show: "Recollections"
The first AIO album-a nice surprise for a first album from a show. "The Early Classics" contains episodes from nearly every genre-cry, comedy, and kids. Let's take a closer look at the episodes on this album.

Well, first off we get a so-so two-parter featuring infomation about Whit's past. The show is very short and has a lot of anger-issues in it-arguring, etc. A show which I hadn't heard before, but one that is okay to be missed out on.

On this album there is five "normal" shows-just inbetween shows. These are "Whit's Flop," "The Life of the Party," "The Day After Christmas," "Nothing to Fear," and "A Change of Hart." The best of these is probably "The Life of the Party"-some great jokes and an intresting storyline. I don't really like the uses of "Shut up" and the arguring, but it is still an okay show. Probably second-best is "A Change of Hart," a nice show about salvation; the first show about salvation. Not much too it, but still okay. "Whit's Flop" is quite funny, not much too the storyline. "The Day After Christmas" and "Nothing to Fear" are two Paul McCusker shows. All I'm going to say about those shows is that Paul's got a long way to go.
