LIFE'S LITTLE SURPRISES

Lifes little surprises come on butterfly wings,
Bringing sunshine and laughter till the heart fairly sings!
Life's little surprises come out of the blue,
Bringing courage and hope and joy, Lord from You!
The little surprises that can do so much,
Can be ours to give as a caring touch!
Or to lift a heart that is full of pain,
And give it strength to go on again!
The little surprises seem to float from the skies
Bringing laughter to hearts, dispelling the cries!
The little surprises that God sends our way
Are stepping stones to a bighter day!
For God is preparing such wondrous things,
That far surpass even butterfly wings.
