FEELING LIFE'S BRIGHTEST HUES

by: Dorrlee Duggan Reid

You can loook at life's storm clouds
And find there's floods of rain
If you dwell upon your sorrows
You will grumble and complain.

But if you look for the roses
A fragrance will come to you
You'll find life a little sweeter
No matter what you may go through.

You will find that rainbows
Will have the brightest hue
After the sun has slipped out
And touched a raindrop or two.

So, look and count the blessings
These are yours to have and hold
And remember the Divine Creator
Watches o'er each lonely soul!
