We worry needlessly at times
Just what tomorrow brings.
We dwell on "what if" happenings
And other needless things.
An unkind act or word was said
And so we sit and cry,
We dwell on hurts and sadness
As yesterday went by.
It's now that tells the story
So this is what I pray,
We need your help, Dear Father,
To live our lives today.
