This girl has the power to heal AND hurt people (yep, Mistress 9 lives inside her but her good side prevails in the end), but she gets tired quickly. She has no friends, until Chibi-Usa shows up. But Uranus, Neptune and Pluto found it better if she was dead, due to the fact that she was being taken over by Mistress 9. But Sailormoon stopped them. Hotaru then turned into Sailor Saturn, and helped save the world. Anyway, the Outers changed their minds later and Hotaru was living with them. As Sailor Saturn, she has the most destructive powers. Actually, she is a good person.
