| Staring Out: Was Living with my grandparents in Machias, then my parents decided that that was too close to family, so we moved to Portland, and then to Falmouth Maine, where I lived until I was 5. School: I started school at M. T. Morse Elementary School, in Lisbon Falls, Maine, then tranfered to Lisbon Elementary School, in Lisbon, where I graduated from 5th grade. Then I went to Phillip W. Sugg Middle School, where I graduated 8th Grade, then I preceded to High School, where I graduated in the top ten of my class, and with honors. I then went on to college at the Univeristy of Maine at Machias where I graduated from in 2001 with a BA. My Name: As a child I was proud of my name Cherie Morrill, then later in life, I really hated my dad. So I decided that i was going to change my last name and get rid of the MORRRILL all together, then I began Genealogy and found out about the Morrills, and became proud of my Morrill ancestery, and decide to keep the Morrill, however, I didn't want to lose my middle name dawn, so I changed my name on August 21, 1999, to Cherie Dawn-Morrill Gallant... Keeping my maiden name and adding my husband's last name. |
