The bus clambers to a stop at the corner of a residential area of Odaiba. A distracted Genn Eroshenko and some other kids file off the bus. Genn half-heartedly waves to the other kids and says bye as he picks up his bags and starts trudging towards his family's apartment.

Tsunomon looks at Koromon. "You heard it too? Then it's not in my head." The subway car approaches. Koromon stares at the approaching headlights suspiciously. "Look at those eyes!" Tsunomon leaps to conclusions. "It must be one of Myotismon's goons!" Matt and Tai start as their Digi-Partners leap out of their hands and land right on the path of the on-coming subway car. Koromon and Tsunomon have just enough time to realize their mistake before the car passes over them.

Matt and Tai sweat anxiously as the subway car speeds by, then sigh in relief as their Digimon pop out behind the sub. Matt and Tai pick up their bruised Digi-Partners. Walking onto the car, Tai punches Koromon in the cheek. "Man. We can't take you anywhere!" Tai whispers harshly.

Genn stops at the entrance to his apartment building. Still extremely distracted, Genn fumbles with his keys for several minutes before producing the right one and opening the door. His clumsiness only makes Genn more angry and he punches the wall lightly. What did I do Tai? Why are you avoiding me? Why? Why? Why? Genn wonders as he sucks his bleeding knuckle. Sighing, Genn enters the correct code to enter into the main apartment complex, quickly rides up the elevator and goes into his apartment.

Entering the familiar surroundings Genn tosses his gear onto a chair and locks the door behind him. "Hmm…Noone home. As usual." Genn says as kicking off his shoes and socks. Genn trudges to the living room, his feet enjoying the soft feel of the carpet. "Stuffy in here." Genn comments distratedly as he opens a window, letting cool, fresh air enter the apartment. What is wrong with Tai? Genn keeps running the events at camp and on the bus over and over in his head as he unpacks his stuff and changes into new clothes (also matching Tai's). Genn takes off the confining goggles and headband and runs a hand through his thick brown curls, letting it fall in complete disarray. Genn shakes his head to get a few stray bangs out of his eyes. Collecting the dirty clothes, Genn heads to the washing machine and plops his dirty clothes in. Satisfied, Genn heads to the bathroom and turns the water on to his liking and watches as it fills the tub. "This'll make me feel better. A nice, warm bath." Genn smiles in anticipation.

"Yum, yum!" Tsunomon says as he devours a cheeseburger. "You people are lucky, you get to eat food like this every day!" Tsunomon smiles in contentment. Matt looks down at his Digi-Partner. "Yell a little louder would ya? There's a few people not staring at us." Then Joe and Izzy appears in the restaurant. Tai smiles at the two boys. "Well? What are you waiting for? Order something." Joe stares at Tai. "How can we when you guys have all our money?" Sora smiles guility and explains the money situation.

Joe throws his hands in the air angrily. "WHAT!!! That was all the money we had in the world!" Joe blushes as he notices everyone staring at him. "Unbelievable of all the greedy, selfish…You're supposed to be my friends, my friends, my friends…" Joe rumbles as he storms off. Izzy looks down as his digivice. "That's funny. It's working perfectly now…"

Genn smiles as he takes off his clothes and jumps into the tub, letting the warm water ease his muscles and troubled mind. Genn smiles contentedly as he starts washing himself. "One bad thing about camp is no hot water for showers." Genn says as he washes his feet. A long time later, Genn steps out of the now-steamy bathroom, dries himself and gets dressed. Genn hangs the goggles around his neck and starts cooking something for lunch. I wonder what Tai and the others are up to right now? "ALRIGHT! That's it! I'm gonna find out what's going on. No matter what! Genn decides resolved as he quickly eats lunch, washes the dishes and hastily scribbles a note for his folks. "Gone to Tai's. Sleeping over. Genn." Genn quickly packs some stuff into his pack and leaves the apartment running for Tai's. Genn runs a hand through his damp air. "Maybe I should have dried it first…Oh well…" Genn shrugs and keeps on running.

Arriving at his best friend's place, Genn uses the key Tai gave him to enter the apartment. Genn peers around the Kamiya's apartment. "Hello? Anyone here?" Genn asks as he takes off his shoes and walks into the living room. "Hellllllo!" Genn calls again. Kari steps out of her and Tai's shared bedroom and hugs Genn around the waist, startling him. "It's just me Genn. Noone else is here." Genn bends down and hugs Kari. "Geez Kari, you scared the daylights outta me. Grrr…and you can still tell it's me and not Tai. What am I doing wrong?" Genn asks exasperated.

Kari grins at the older boy. Genn had been trying to confuse Tai's family for a long time. So far no success. "I don't know Genn. I just can tell the difference between you two. It's a sibling thing I guess." Genn smiles at Kari's answer and ruffles up her hair. "I guess you're right. Fever better?" Genn asks and Kari nods. "Yes, I'm better now, it wasn't a very serious fever anyway." Genn nods and heads over to the kitchenette and goes into a cupboard. "Want anything to drink K?" Genn asks. Kari climbs onto a stool and sits. "Yes please, I think there's some Coke in the fridge." Genn nods, produces two cups and pours the Coke into them. The two sit in silence for awhile. It's funny…being with Kari makes me feel better again, but I still want to know what's up…Genn thinks and decides to break the silence. "Kari? Have you heard from Tai lately?" Genn asks as he drinks the last of the pop.

"No Genn. Tai's still at Summer Camp. Aren't you supposed to be there too?" Kari replies. "Camp got cancelled Kari, Tai and I were on the bus, but he got off with some of the other kids. I had hoped he'd be here by the time I got here…or at least phoned to say where he was. I'm worried about him K." Genn says staring at the empty glass.

"Help! Police! My cat's stuck up in a tree in Odaiba and I got to get there right away!" Tai shouts as he jumps around. Matt looks at Izzy. "The police? That's his bright idea?" Izzy replies. "If the police do stop it'll be to arrest him for disturbing the peace." Matt watches Tai dance around and points at a car that almost runs him over. "HEY! I have right-of-way!" "Looking good Tai." The blonde boy remarks sarcastically.

Tai whirls and points at Matt. "Then you try!" Later…Tai shouts "Well, I'm waiting!" Matt blushes and looks down at his shoes. "Not so easy is it?" Tai says triumphantly. Matt glances and yells. "Yeah, well at least my cat's not struck in a tree!" Next, Joe and Izzy try hailing a taxi. They succeed and then fail when they say they have no money. Then Sora's cousin Blaine arrives and after agreeing to several rules, Blaine starts driving them to Odaiba.

Kari puts a hand on Genn's shoulder. "Don't worry Genn. Tai's big. He can take care of himself." Genn grins and hugs Kari again. "You're right Kari. How do you always know just what to say?" Genn asks. "It's a gift." Kari smiles. Genn stands up and starts washing the dishes and throws the empty pop cans into the recycle bin. "Well I guess we just have to wait for Tai to come back K. But you should rest." Genn says as he picks up the girl tickling her ruthlessly. Kari squirms and giggles at Genn's tickles. "OK! OK! I'll have a nap! I promise!" Genn ceases the tickling, lays Kari down on Tai's bunk and tucks her in.

Satisfied, Genn lays down on the couch in the living room and watches the wind chimes whirl as the air conditioner breeze hits it. Genn sighs and fluffs up a pillow. "I guess I could use…a…use a…Genn yawns interrupting his thoughts. Nap…too…Genn's mind caoncludes as he falls asleep.

"It was you Mr. Peepers wasn't it?" Blaine demands angrily as he grabs Joe by the shirt. Izzy heads over. "It wasn't his fault. He didn't do it. Don't…" "Back off!" Blaine yells shoving the kid genius hard. So hard, Izzy falls off the bridge. Motimon looks at his falling Digi-Partner. "Don't worry Izzy! I'm coming! Motimon digivolved into Tentomon!" Tentomon flies down and grabs Izzy's shoe. Then Squidmon, one of Myotismon's henchmen appears. Blaine stares in disbelief and runs away. Gomamon looks after Blaine's fleeing form. "Good riddance. You are are a lousy driver anyway. Gomamon digivolved to Ikkakumon!" Tentomon carries Izzy to safety as Ikkakumon fires his Harpoon Torpedoes at the enemy Digimon defeating him.

The kids jump onto logs floating in the river and Ikkakumon carries them all back home to Odaiba…
