Kyle's Advice: Don't start reading Diplomacy of Wolves unless you can get all three books at once, 'cause you won't want to stop! They are just that good...
Andre Norton and Mercedes Lackey's The Halfblood Chronicles

Kyle's Advice: Though not really a TF-type story, these have got to be the best books I've read in a long time. Unfortunately, the first two are all I've been able to find as of late.
Piers Anthony's The Magic of Xanth
- Lots of books! And still more coming! Jeeze the man writes alot!
Kyle's Advice: Start with A Spell For Chameleon and don't stop till Piers does!

Kyle's Advice: Though originally written for a younger audience, most of the books can be found in the "13 & under" sections, they are still a decent read. I also like the way Mrs. Applegate describes the changes. What annoyed the hell out of me though, was the way the series ended. Simply put, it was a cop-out. K.A. must have realized there was no way the stories could ever end, so she just stopped. I started to write a continuation and may finish it some time.
