Geni's Sizzling Steak
A simple family favouritefast and easy when you get caught out of time


Topside or some sort of steak cut into fine strips
A few onions cut into quarters  (lengthwise)


Sauce
� cup tomatoe sauce (ketchup)
� cup worcesteshire sauce
� cup sugar (raw preferably)


Heat a wok  or frypan with a little oil and cook the onions until just starting to burn and blacken, this makes them sweet and stops any indigestion problems people may have with onions. Remove from pan
Wipe out pan, add more oil  then cook the steak until done.  Return onions to pan.
Miz all the sauce ingredients  and pour over steak and onion..heat through till bubbling.
Serve with rice


Variation
Use meatballs  made from mince (good for a party dish)
Add capsicum (peppers)
