In the name of God amen, I Benjamin Williamfon of Northampton County Being in perfect Sence and memoy, doe make and publifh this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following Vizt.

I give to my Son Stephen Williamson five Shillings -

I give to my Son Lewis Williamson five Shillings -

I give to my Son Matthew Williamson five Shillings -

I give to my Daughter Elizabeth Williamson five Shillings -

I give to my Daughter Lucy Bynum five Shillings -

I give to my Daughter Sally Peterfon five Shillings -

I give to my James Williamson Negroes Cate Peter Cupit and all the Residue & Remainder of my Estate to him and his Heirs for Ever -

I doe make ordain Constitute and appoint my Son James Williamson my whole & Sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament In Witnefs Whereof I have sent my Hand and Affixt my seal the 4th day of March one Thousand Seven hundred & Seventy one -

At a Court held for the County of Southampton the 9th day of April 1772 this will was presented in Court By James Williamson Executor therein named proved by the oath of Howell Jones the witnefs thereto an ordered to be recorded and on the motion of the said Executor who made oath Certificate was granted him Obtaining the probate in due form Giving Security whereupon vz -
