2. Working on the Laplace, straight lines and curves are detected. The corner of the table is a straight line followed by a small curve.
3. Junctions are detected as points of intersection of lines / curves.
4. uniform color/intensity. Suppose the threshold within a region can be determined. Then the threshold can enhance existing edges.
