| Pros- We will be using CAT 5e cable for superior speed and easy upgrade. As backbone for the LAN we will be using Fiber Optics for the higher bandwidth demand. We will be using a Class B addressing scheme for enhanced growth when it is needed. |
| Cons- The design of the network will be somewhat expensive as compared to lesser LANs. But we feel the technology is fundamental for the schools, and if needed, we may dig into the Physical education fund to pay the higher expense. |
